Terms and Conditions

• From September 2022 payment by bank transfer or PayPal on the 1st of the month in advance for regular lessons.

• By booking a regular, guaranteed term time session you agree to pay and attend all available sessions at your chosen time.

• If you or your son/daughter is unable to attend a scheduled group lesson, there will be no refund for that particular lesson. Students will have access to the lesson materials used and will be able to book an 'office hours' appointment if they wish to discuss what content was missed in the lesson.

• If a one-to-one lesson is cancelled by the student or their parents more than 24 hours in advance, a refund will be given for that lesson. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a partial refund of 50% will be given.

• Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, I may have to rearrange a lesson. If this occurs, a message will be sent out in advance of the scheduled lesson with information on when the lesson will take place. If a student can not attend the rescheduled lesson, please contact me to arrange a more convenient time.

• I reserve the right to terminate tuition in the event of frequent cancellations, late payment or the student is not fully committed.

​

• I reserve the right to terminate tuition if my personal circumstances change, and I am no longer able to offer tuition. In this case, students will be notified of the date at which tuition will end and any lessons pre-paid for will be refunded. 

• The fee includes my preparation time, lesson time and setting homework 

• Homework will be discussed and marked during the lesson. For exam questions this will include looking at the mark scheme and how the marks are awarded

• Homework should preferably be completed the day before the lesson. 

• Marking (with detailed feedback) outside of lesson time can be requested and will be charged at my hourly rate.
